| Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data | The processing of personal data is necessary for the implementation of actions within the projects of Centria University of Applied Sciences Ltd’s HealthLab (hereafter referred to as HealthLab). Contact details and personal data of HealthLab’s partners are used for project collaboration, event organization, communication and information sharing, as well as for project reporting, documentation, and statistics. The legal basis for processing personal data is consent (the data subject has given consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes) (Article 6(1)(a) of the TSA). |

| Recipients or categories of recipients of the data and regular disclosures | The data controller is Anu Kamau, responsible for the Centria HealthLab research group. Personal data is processed by HealthLab project staff. No data is disclosed to third parties from the register. Personal data is processed in systems for which Centria University of Applied Sciences has a data processing agreement in accordance with Article 28. In such cases, data is transferred to the service provider. These systems include Microsoft O365 environment, Teams, Forms, Outlook, and Webropol.
